Yaoi Jamboree will be directly promoted at 27 Anime Conventions. There will be an advertisement for Yaoi Jamboree in 10 ICv2 Newsletters. We will send press-kits to relevant media outlets. We will campaign to have banner advertisements on popular yaoi news and gallery sites.

As a first year show we can't estimate what our attendance will be. What we promise is aggressive promotion and fantastic programming and guests that we hope will draw Yaoi fans from all over the country.

The Exhibit Hall is the Convention

Yaoi Jamboree's focal point is the 36,000 square foot Media Center. The Dealers Room, Artist Alley, Convention Row, Sketch Jam Area, and Main Event Stage are all in this room.

Attendees will need to pass through all the Vendor Exhibits to get to the stage area. Since the stage is at the back end of the Exhibit Hall, even dealers furthest from the entrance will have high traffic. There are stage shows going on all during the convention.

Industry and Vendors - Every Booth is a Corner Booth

Industry and Vendor space are 10x10 booths with pipe and drape. Booths are placed in four booth squares with aisles on every side. Each booth comes with one 8' and one 6' table. There's a max of 4 booths per company, and booths can be purchased as 1, 2, or 4 spaces.

Industry Exhibits

This area is for commercial publishers of manga and anime. We want you at Yaoi Jamboree! Industry space is $400 for the first booth, $350 for any additional booths.

Convention Row

This is a row of 6' tables along the wall. Conventions can get a table in convention row by offering Yaoi Jamboree some form of equivalent promotion at their convention. Interested shows should contact promotions (at) yaoijamboree.com

No Food or Bootlegs. Limited Weapons.

Our agreement with the convention space gives all rights to food and beverage sales to the hotel. There can be no sale of any food or beverage at the convention. This includes Japanese snacks.

Yaoi Jamboree is trying to win the award for being the show with the toughest policy on bootlegs in history. We're not kidding.

As an 18+ Show there's no reason for us to ban weapon sales, however we feel there's limited appeal to yaoi fans. We are allowing a maximum of two weapons vendors at the show (if any are interested at all). Weapons vendors are those primarily selling sharp metal things or things that mechanically hurl projectiles. Our full weapons policy will be in the Vendors Packet.
